This simple accessory easily attaches to your existing mixer or power drive to provide fast food prep solutions without taking up any more floor or counter space. Pair It With: XPH Plate Holder

Made to work seamlessly with Globe's shredder/slicer housing, the XPH is a plate holder that accommodates up to six plates, which can be easily swapped out as needed. Customize your shred based on your needs, from a fine 3/32" to a thick 1/2" shred. After use cleanup is simple; just place the plates in the dishwasher for easy sanitation.

Globe offers the XMCA-SS meat chopper assembly to help operators go above and beyond with grinding meat in-house; custom meat blends, gourmet sausages, and more. Made from durable stainless steel, this easy-to-install attachment includes everything needed for high-quality ground beef or pork:

• A variety of chopper plates from 2mm to 18mm to give you control over meat texture, from fine to coarse
• Plastic Stuffing Tube for sausages
• A plunger for efficient feeding

Easy disassembly and dishwasher-safe parts make for easy cleanup.
TIP: Chill your components before grinding to help preserve meat texture and flavor and reduce the risk of  melting fat due to high friction.

L00783 Strip Cutter & L00670 Tenderizer

Whether operators are slicing cooked meat or looking to improve the texture and quality of the cheaper cuts, Globe offers two hub attachments to get the job done. The Strip Cutter slices 1/8" strips of meat up to 1" thick and 6" wide at lightning speed, providing uniform slices of product for fajitas, salad bars, and more. The tenderizer loosens muscle fibers in tough cuts of meat for better texture, and can even knit two thin cuts of meat together for a thicker portion. Like the strip cutter, the tenderizer accommodates 1" thick and 6" wide products.
