Choose from the 35 lb., 50 lb. and 80 lb. capacities with 6-inch tubes and high heat baffles for better transfer of heat into the oil rather than up the flue. A larger cold zone helps keep more particles out of the cooking area, prolonging oil life and reducing flavor transfer. All models include heavy-duty legs or optional casters, and are backed by a 2-year tank warranty – full replacement – and 2 years parts and labor.
