All units ship Natural Gas ready with convertible regulator. Liquid Propane conversion kit is included for kitchens equipped with this gas type. Conversion of your unit from Natural Gas to LP must be completed by an authorized gas installer.

Manual: If you’re cooking a variety of foods at different temperatures, manual controls allow you to regulate the amount of energy fed into each burner to fit the product on that portion of the griddle plate.
Thermostatic: Thermostatic controls allow you to set a designated temperature and automatically recovers. This method is ideal for cooking large quantities of a single product, especially if it’s cooked from frozen.
