"Bistro" refers to a small restaurant, but there is nothing small about the cooking power and options of this grill! The GSGDUE10 comes with two 10" x 10" smooth top and bottom cast-iron plates, heavy duty, spring hinge with adjustable tension and the temperature is thermostatically controlled up to 570 degrees F.
