Built to keep teams productive and protected, the SG213 adds a full suite of intelligent interlocks including: No-Volt Release, Carriage Interlock, Home-To-Start, Close-To-Stop, and an adjustable Knife Time Out; to reduce risk and downtime. Operators will appreciate effortless handling of prosciutto, mortadella, bacon, and more with a large-capacity 50° gravity-feed carriage and patented meat grip, plus quick washdowns with the patented anodized aluminum design, removable components, and an integrated lift lever. A Clear-Text LCD interface with built-in diagnostics, counters, and a 4-hour cleaning notification keeps performance consistent and sanitation on schedule-backed by a two-year parts and labor warranty.
